These Terms and Conditions govern your use of WGD Insight, a service provided by Pizhe Zhang (the 'Sole Proprietor'). By accessing and using WGD Insight ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
WGD Insight utilizes artificial intelligence to aggregate public sentiment data from social media platforms. The information provided by this Service is for informational purposes only and is intended to assist in market research. It does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy any securities.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.
4. Payment and Subscription
The Service operates on a subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Paddle's terms of service.
5. Intellectual Property
The AI-generated analysis, sentiment reports, and the design of WGD Insight are protected by intellectual property rights owned by WGD Insight. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the reports without prior written consent. Original public posts referenced in the analysis remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THIS SERVICE. USERS SHOULD INDEPENDENTLY VERIFY THE INFORMATION AND ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INVESTMENT DECISIONS MADE BASED ON THIS SERVICE. WGD INSIGHT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INVESTMENT LOSSES.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WGD Insight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
